After the super full dinner at Master Steamboat.. Davin, Michelle and I went to Singapore just to visit Chang Yung and have some supper / dessert.. Not bad ar.. After eating so much, we could still think of our next meal.. haha..
We drove in (no other mode of transportation at 12am) and somehow the Causeway was jam and it took longer then expected to reach.. We picked up Chang Yung from NUS and headed for our dessert.. Well, this Toh Chiang Yu Tiao (Soya Bean with Cha Kuey) was a first time for me, I was kind of excited to try it (excited over food??).. haha.. There are 2 simple STEPS to enjoying this dessert..
Order the Soya Bean & Yu Tiao (Cha Kuey)..
You can have the soya bean cold or hot..
I preferred it hot, tastier I think..
Toh Chiang Yu Tiao..
Dunk the Cha Kuey in the Soya Bean.. haha..
